dphys-config software package provides Tool to distribute config files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dphys-config
dphys-config is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dphys-config package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dphys-config *
You will get with dphys-config package name, version, architecture and description in a table
